AI & RIGHTS POLICY
LuneDeVenus® – Independent Label & Music Catalog
1. General Positioning
LuneDeVenus® is an independent music label and professional music catalog.
All works distributed, sold, or licensed through LuneDeVenus® are human-led, editorially supervised, and legally controlled.
Artificial intelligence may be used solely as an assistive creative or technical tool, comparable to digital instruments, audio software, or sound processing technologies.
2. AI-Assisted Music vs AI-Generated Music
LuneDeVenus® makes a clear distinction between:
✔ AI-assisted music (authorized)
AI used as a support tool (inspiration, sound design, processing, analysis, composition assistance)
Works directed, edited, arranged, mixed, and finalized by humans
Final artistic decisions made by identifiable authors, composers, and producers
✘ Fully AI-generated music without human supervision (not exploited)
Content generated entirely and automatically by AI
No human artistic direction or editorial control
No legal or creative supervision
LuneDeVenus® does not commercialize fully autonomous AI-generated content.
3. Copyright & Related Rights
For every work published or licensed by LuneDeVenus®:
Master rights are owned or controlled by the label
Publishing rights are owned or administered by the relevant authors/composers
No unauthorized samples, voices, or third-party content are used
All works are 100% cleared for commercial use and synchronization
Where applicable, works are registered with the appropriate collective management organizations (e.g. SACEM or international equivalents).
